Delma Bindi; 92; of Monessen; died Thursday; May 20; 2004; in Victoria House II; Monessen. She was born March 4; 1912; in Belle Vernon; a daughter of the late William and Ann Lotti Picchiarini. Mrs. Bindi was a lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon and Monessen areas. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church in Monessen; the former St. Cajetan Rosary Altar Society; and Monessen AARP; Chapter 2752. She is survived by her husband of 65 years; George Bindi; two daughters and sons-in-law; Anne and Scott McCafferty of Speers and Janet and Kevin Grady of Johnstown; six grandchildren; Tracy Ackerman; Robert McCafferty; Lisa Karner; Ericka Grady; Kevin Grady Jr. and Christopher Grady; two great-grandchildren; Alexa Karner and Jacob Ackerman; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by three brothers; Aldo; Elmo and Ilvo Picchiarini. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm in the DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC.; 441 Reed Ave.; Monessen; (724-684-8750). Funeral services will be held Monday; May 24; beginning with a 9:30 a.m. blessing in the funeral home; followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord R.C. Church. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
