Mrs.Rowe was preceded in death by her husbnad;Jesse M.Rowe;on Nov.1;1950;a sister;Grace Davenport;and a brother;Albert Kifer. Survivors include a son;Robert W.Rowe of Brownsville;four sisters;Lillie Masterson of Nampa;Idaho;Barbara CNugston of Freeport;Edith Hobbs of Youngstown;Ohio;and Dorothy Myers of Latrobe;two brothers;Clarence and Wilbur Kifer;both of Grindstone;four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Andrew J.Skirpan Funeral Home;135 Park St.;Brownsville;on Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m.and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m.in the funeral home with the Rev.Norman Nightingale officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Andrew J.Skirpan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
