David "D.J." Wayne Evans Jr.of Belle Vernon R.D.5 died Sunday,Jan. 15,1989,in McGuire Memorial Home, New Brighton. He was 3. He was born Dec. 19,1985,in Pittsburgh,a son of David and Barbara Ann Sutovich Evans Sr. David had been a patient at McGuire Memorial Home for the past 10 months. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather,Robert L. Evans Sr. In addition to his parents,survivors include his maternal grandparents,Stanley and Anna Dropchuk Sutovich of Belle Vernon,paternal grandmother, Dolores White Evans of Belle Vernon and several aunts and uncles. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. Friends and relatives will gather at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church,Mary Street, Belle Vernon, on Wednesday,Jan.18,at 10 a.m. for services with the Rev. John Kluchko,pastor,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Parastas service will be held Tuesday at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. The Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
