David L. Nicoden,52,of Brunswick,Ohio,formerly of Belle Vernon,died at his home suddenly of a heart attack on Monday,Oct. 12,1987,at 2:50 a.m. He was born Sept. 15,1935,in Monessen,a son of the late Paul Nicoden and of Ethel Nicoden Lynn,who survives and lives in Belle Vernon. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church. He was a graduate of Westminister College and is a U.S.Army veteran. He has lived in Ohio for the last 25 years. He was retired due to illness. In addition to his father,he was preceded in death by a brother,Richard,in 1943. Survivors,in addition to his mother,include one son,John,and two grandchildren. Private funeral servies and burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Friends who wish may make memorial contributions to the First Presbyterian Church,Belle Vernon. Shelby D. Ferguson,funeral director,is in charge of the arrangements.
