Obituary

David L. Geary, 50, of Follansbee, W.Va., formerly of
Brownstown R.D., Fayette
City, died Saturday, July 9,
1994, at 5:22 p.m. in Montefiore
Hospital, Pittsburgh, after a
short illness.
He was born in North Charleroi March 1, 1944, a son of the
late George Geary and Lillian
McCahon Geary of Brownstown, Fayette City.
Mr. Geary was employed by
the Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel
Co. at the Steubenville, Ohio,plant. He was a member of the
Holy Spirit Roman Catholic
Church, Fayette City.
He is survived by two sons,
Daniel Geary of Burgettstown
and David D. Geary of West
Newton, two daughters, Carmel Kovach and husband Michael of Belle Vernon and Michelle Geary of West Newton,
two brothers, James Geary of
Baltimore, Md., and Robert Geary of Bentleyville, three sisters, Janice Francis of Pittsburgh, Loretta Yancoskie of
Fayette City R.D. and Eleanor
Burke of Columbus, Ohio, and
three grandchildren.
Friends will be received in
the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City, Monday
and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to
9 p.m. and Wednesday until 9:30 a.m.,when a Prayer service will be held in the funeral home,followed by Mass at 10 a.m.in the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church,Fayette City. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
