David H.Fleming;five-year-old son of Harry and Elaine Johnston Fleming of 917 Graham St.;Belle Vernon;was dead on arrival at Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh;around 5 p.m.Monday;Feb.23;1970;after being struck by a car in front of his home. He was born in North Charleroi;and was a kindergarten student at North Belle Vernon Elementary School. His mother is the former Elaine Johnston of Donora. Surviving besides his parents are a sister;Claudette;7;and a brother;Raymond;2;both at home. Friends will be received at Rhome Funeral Home;Monessen;after 7 p.m.Feb.24.
