Daryl Porter Bell;57;of belle Vernon;died Wednesday;Aug.14;1996.  Born Nov.13;1938;in Belle Vernon;he was a son of the late Jay Louis and Dorothy Turney Bell.  Survivors include one brother and sister-in-law;Kenneth Lee and Patty Ginglardi Bell of Belle Vernon;nephews;Jeffrey;Mark;Eric and Christopher Bell and a niece;Jennifer Bell;all of Belle Vernon;and seven grandnephews and one grandniece.  Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.at the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home;Inc.;106 E.Independence St.;Perryopolis;and on Saturday until 11 a.m.;the hour of service;with the Rev.Steve Welker officiating.  Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Blair-Lowther Funeral Home;Inc.is handling the arrangements.
