Daniel W.Paterline;54;of Fallowfield Township;died Tuesday;Aug.6;1991;at 10:05 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. He was born June 26;1937;in Charleroi;a son of Margaret Franks Paterline of Charleroi and the late Dan C.Paterline. A 1955 graduate of Charleroi High School;Mr.Paterline was a U.S.Army veteran. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Tenth Street Athletic Club;both of Charleroi. He was also a member and current secretary of the North Charleroi Lions Club. Mr.Paterline was employed as an accounting supervisor at West Penn Power Company’s Craven Hill Division;where he was honored this year for 30 years of service. In addition to his father;he was preceded in death by a sister;Betty Paterline. Survivors;in addition to his mother;include his wife;Helen Saunders Paterline;a son and daughter-in-law;Daniel J.and Anita Paterline of New Castle;a daughter and son-in-law;Laurie and William Richmond of Grantsville;Md.;two brothers;Ron Paterline of Gibsonia and Dave Paterline of Irwin;a sister;Mrs.Dean (Nancy) Cochran of Dormont;and two grandchildren;Daniel T.and Allison Marie Paterline. Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.;226 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;where services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev.Paul Milliken;pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Charleroi;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
