Obituary

Daniel M. Kennedy, 82,of 126 Jean St.,Belle Vernon, died suddenly on Monday,January 10,1972 at 1 p.m. in his home. Mr. Kennedy was a retired paymaster for the former Sommers 4 mine of the Pittsburgh Coal Co. at Pricedale. He was a member of Belle Vernon Lodg 643,F&AM, and of the Lodge of Perfection and Consistory of Pittsburgh. Surviving are a sister, Mrs Emilius (Gladys) Paglieri of Lakewood,N. J.; a brother Thomas Kennedy of Fairlawn N.J.; a stepson, Lyle W. Sinsley of Belle Vernon;two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Harold R. Toner Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,where visiting hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Services will be held at the funeral home Thursday,Jan.13,1972,at 2 p.m.,with Dr. S. Arthur Talman,pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon,officiating.  Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
