Obituary
Daniel M. Trenk, Sr., 48, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021. A son of the late George A. Trenk, Sr. and Diane Cavanaugh Trenk who survives and resides in Belle Vernon, he was born in N. Charleroi on February 9, 1973. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Daniel was a 1991 graduate of the Belle Vernon Area High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. In addition to his mother, he is survived by three children, Daniel Trenk, Jr., Leanna Trenk, and Madison Trenk, all of Belle Vernon; a brother and sister in-law, George A. and Lisa Trenk of Monessen; and his loving companion of many years, Heidi Lynn of Belle Vernon. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by maternal grandparents; George and Ethel Smarelli and paternal grandparents; Paul and Elizabeth Trenk. Private services will be held for the family. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
