Daniel Curtis Hazelbaker; 46; of Fayette City; passed away Wednesday; March 3; 2010; in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Dan was a lifelong resident of Fayette City. Survivors include his loving wife of 16 years; Karen Brilla Hazelbaker; two sisters and brothers-in-law; Arlene and Larry Knopsnider; of Somerset; and Linda and Dave Yuvan; of Newell; three brothers and two sisters-in-law; Art Hazelbaker; Gregg and Gretchen Hazelbaker; all of Belle Vernon; and Edward and Lesa Hazelbaker of Stow; Ohio; and his father-in-law and stepmother-in-law; Art Brilla and Mary Lou Hughes; of Fayette City. There will be no public visitation. A Funeral Mass will be Friday; March 12; at 1 p.m. in St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; with the Rev. Lawrence Manchas as celebrant.
