Dale F. Williams; 82; of Belle Vernon (Rostraver Township); died Tuesday; Oct. 27; 2009; at 1:40 p.m. at his home. Born Sept. 12; 1927; in North Charleroi; he was the son of the late Desire and Bertha Lambermont Williams. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 61 years; Mr. Williams was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church; Monessen; was a retired steel worker from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel; Allenport Plant; was a veteran of World War II; having served with the U.S. Navy; member of the Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659; Belle Vernon Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 209 and the Charleroi VFW. He is survived by his wife; Betty Story Williams; to whom he was married 61 years; granddaughter Dana Monticelli and husband Dan of Belle Vernon; and two great-grandchildren; Caden and Weston Monticelli. He is preceded in death by a daughter; Sharan Kinney; an infant son; Robert A. Williams and son Dale P. Williams; grandson Dale Christopher Williams; and a brother; Edgar Williams. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME; Family Owned and Operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon; 724-929-6183. Prayer Service will be held Friday at 11:15 a.m. in the funeral home followed by Funeral Mass at noon at Epiphany of Our Lord Church; Monessen; with the Rev. David J. Nazimek as celebrant. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
