Born Sept. 27; 1925; in
Monessen; she was the daughter
of the late Lee and Mary Brown
Roberts.
Mrs. Brookes was a member
of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic
Church; Belle Vernon.
She had lived in the Fairhope
area the past 13 years and had
formerly resided in Rostraver
Township.
She and husband Thomas W.
Brookes Sr.; who survives;
celebrated 39 years of marriage
Aug. 19;1993.
In addition to her parents; she
was preceded in death by her
first husband; Lawrence Feick;
a brother; Alvin Roberts; three
sisters; Nell Hess; Ida Lee Maxwell and Vernie Hixenbaugh;
and a grandson; Roy Feick Jr.
Surviving; in addition to her
husband; are four sons;
Lawrence Feick and Roy E.
Feick Sr.; both of Monongahela;
John W. Feick of Connellsville
and Thomas W. Brookes Jr. of
Dillionvale; Ohio: two brothers;
James Roberts of Roseville;
Mich.; and Jack Roberts of
Pricedale; three sisters; Mrs.
Robert (Betty) Adams of Belle
Vernon; Mrs. Harry (Mary Ann)
Kreuter of Monessen and Mrs.
Leo (Loretta) Rice of
Monessen and eight
grandchildren.
Friends will be received Sunday from 7 to 9 and Monday
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the
Ferguson Funeral Home Inc;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where a prayer service will be held Tuesday;Sept.7;1993;at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
