Obituary

Clyde E.Neil,56,of 830 Speer St.,Belle Vernon,died suddenly at his home on Saturday,Nov.26,1966,at 11:30 p.m.after an illness of several months. Mr.Neil worked as a tread inspector of the No.5 mill at the Allenport plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon and the East Belle Vernon Athletic Association. Mr.Neil was born in Belle Vernon on June 7,1910,and had lived there all his life. Surviving are his widow,Yolanda (Pesi) Neil,two sons,Clyde C.of Levittown and Carl L.of Belle Vernon,a brother,Earl Gillespie of Belle Vernon,two sisters,Mrs.David (Sadie) Winestone of Monessen and Mrs.Madeline Burrows of Belle Vernon and two grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Shleby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,where a service will take place Wednesday,Nov.30,at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Charles Colas,pastor of Belle Vernon's First Baptist Church,officiating.
