Clyde E.Neil;56;of 830 Speer St.;Belle Vernon;died suddenly at his home on Saturday;Nov.26;1966;at 11:30 p.m.after an illness of several months. Mr.Neil worked as a tread inspector of the No.5 mill at the Allenport plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon and the East Belle Vernon Athletic Association. Mr.Neil was born in Belle Vernon on June 7;1910;and had lived there all his life. Surviving are his widow;Yolanda (Pesi) Neil;two sons;Clyde C.of Levittown and Carl L.of Belle Vernon;a brother;Earl Gillespie of Belle Vernon;two sisters;Mrs.David (Sadie) Winestone of Monessen and Mrs.Madeline Burrows of Belle Vernon and two grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Shleby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;where a service will take place Wednesday;Nov.30;at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Charles Colas;pastor of Belle Vernon’s First Baptist Church;officiating.
