Clyde C.Collins;age 52 years;of Pittsburgh;died in Aspinwall Veterans Hospital;Sunday;June 3;1945;at 5 p.m.;after a prolonged illness. He was a U.S.Army veteran of world War One. He is survived by his wife;Mrs.Grace M.Collins;three children;Connie;Jack and Don;his parents;Mr.and Mrs.James W.Collins of Speers;two brothers;Trace of Speers and Fred of Charleroi;two sisters;Mrs.R.A.Ryan of Charleroi and Mrs.S.V.Hughes of Twilight Borough.

Obituary

Clyde C.Collins,age 53 years,a resident of Pittsburgh,died in Aspinwall Veterans Hospital,Sunday,June 3,1945,at 5 p.m.,after a prolonged illness. He was a former resident of Speers.He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War One. He is survived by his wife,Mrs.Grace McGee Collins;a daughter, Constance,in the state of California;two sons,Jack and Don Allen,at home;his parents,Mr. and Mrs. James W. Collins,of Speers;two brothers, Fred Collins,of Charleroi,and Tracy Collins,of Speers;two sisters, Mrs. Verne Hughes,of Finleyville,and Mrs. Ralph Ryon,of Charleroi. Friends are being received at the Melenyzer funeral home,Belle Vernon,where funeral services will be held Wednesday,June 6. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery,  Charles L.Melenyzer and Edwin F. Melenyzer,funeral directors in charge.
