Cloyd E.Phillippi Jr.;63;of Monessen;died Friday;March 5;1993;at 6:05 a.m.in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born Dec.18;1929;in Monessen;a son of the late Cloyd and Mae Tressler Phillippi Sr. He was a member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church;Monessen. He was formerly employed at the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;and retired from the automatic finishing department in 1983. Survivors include his wife;Carol Phillippi;two sons and daughters-in-law;Gregory and Cindy Phillippi of Monessen;and David and Tracey Phillippi of Mt.Lebanon;two daughters;Mrs.Rick (Debra) Kozar of Monessen;and Mrs.Robert (April) Spadaccino of Levittown;six grandchildren;two brothers;Ronald Phillippi of Monessen;and Marvin Phillippi of Milwaukee;Wisc.;and two sisters;Mrs.Andrew (Mona Ruth) Imbrescia of Monessen;and Gloria Evans of Monessen. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his first wife;Nellie DiBiaso Phillippi;and two brothers;Duane and Harry Phillippi. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Raymond D.Dalfonso Funeral Home;441 Reed Ave.;Monessen. A Blessing Service will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.in the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church;Monessen. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Raymond D.Dalonso Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
