Clarence V.Neil;51;Speer street;Belle Vernon;died Monday;November 13;1944;at 8:45 in the Veterans Hospital at Aspinwall following an illness of five weeks. He was a member of the 319th Inf.;;80th Division in World War One and served overseas. Surviving are his wife;Mrs.Harriet Neil;a daughter;Gladys Rihaly;Belle Vernon;a son;Technical Sergeant James Neil serving in Italy;two brothers;Earl of Belle Vernon;and Harry of Bristolville;Ohio;three sisters;Mrs.Cora Mills;Belle Vernon;Mrs.Lorena Godissart;Belle Vernon;and Mrs.Margaret Acre;Smithport;Pa. Three grandchildren also survive. Friends are being received at the late home where funeral services will be held Thursday;November 16;1944;at 2:30 p.m.with Rev.Percy Mundy;of Altoona;officiating.
