Obituary

Clarence Burrows,26,320 Roley street,Belle Vernon,a discharged veteran of World War II,died at the scene of a bus-automobile collision on Rt.51,five miles south of Elizabeth on Tuesday,July 3,1945. He is survived by his parents,Mr.and Mrs.James Burrows,and two brothers,Pfc.Edward in North Carolina,and Pvt.Howard at Lahvre,France. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of the St.Sebastian Church in Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral home,Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,and on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock a Requiem High Mass will be held at the St.Sebstian Church,Belle Vernon. Father Eugene Harkins will officiate. Interment with military honors will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
