Clarence Green,40 years old of Belle Vernon,R.D.1,died suddenly of a heart condition on Monday night,July 28,1941,while at work at the Monessen plant of the Pittsburgh Steel Company. Surviving are his widow,Mrs.Sarah Green;three children,Betty,Clarence Arthur and Clara Elaine;four brothers,John of Donora and Joseph,Clyde and James of Belle Vernon,R.D.1 and four sisters,Mrs.Viola Harrison,Mrs.Dorothy Lowry and Mrs.Elizabeth Barr of Belle Vernon,R.D.1 and Mrs.Emma Henson of Donora. The funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the home of his parents-in-law,Mr.and Mrs. Sickle,of near West Newton. Interment will be made in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
