C.Virginia Soldati;74;of 547 Fayette St.Belle Vernon;died Monday;Sept.9;1991;at 10:30 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. She was born in Rostraver Township on June 1;1917;a daughter of the late William and Hannah Perks Lane. Mrs.Soldati was a member of Grace United Methodist Church;Coal Center R.D.1 She was a lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area and a former employee of Corning Glass of Charleroi. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Mario Soldati;in 1965;and four sisters;Elizabeth Schuller;Gertrude Bandini;Helen (Nell Lehew) Doyle and Priscilla Bertouille. She is survived by two daughters;Marsha Muirhead and Lori Becker;both of Belle Vernon;three sisters;Flora Beaumont and Alice Jones;both of Courtland;Ohio;and Emma Hutchison of Perryopolis;and five grandchildren;Jamie Sukel;Chad Sukel;Cory Jordan;Shawn Becker and Justin Becker. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Larry W.Wilson of Grace United Methodist Church;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
