Friday; June 4; 1982; following a drowning accident in
Monessen. He was born May 13;1972;in North Charleroi;a son of David and Carol Trozzo Childs;who survive. He was a fourth grade student in the Monessen Elementary School System;and was a member of St.Leonard’s R.C.Church;Monessen. In addition to his parents;he is survived by three brothers;David Eric;Matthew Jason and Brian Lee;all at home;grandparents;Mr.and Mrs.Clarence Childs of Brownsville;Eleanor Trozzo and Mr.James Trozzo;and numerous aunts and uncles. Friends will be received at the Stephen D.Yoney Jr. Funeral Home;
First Street and Schoonmaker Avenue; Monessen;Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and
Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Blessing Service will be held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St.
Leonard’s RC Church;Monessen; with the Rev.Patrick O’Connor; pastor; as celebrant. The Stephen D.Yoney Jr.. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
