Mrs. Christina Underwood,age 62 years,died at her home in Lynnwood,Belle Vernon,Tuesday evening,July 20,1943 at 10:05 o'clock,after a lingering illness. She was a member of the Marion Presbyterian Church,and is survived by her husband,William Underwood,one son,Harold of Monongahela,one sister,Mrs. James Stratton of Dormont,and one grandchild. Friends will be received at the late home until time for services Saturday,July 24,1943 at 2 p.m.,with Rev. George Guest,pastor of the Marion Presbyterain Church,in charge. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. John L. Bake is the funeral director.
