At 2 o'clock Sunday morning,November 25,1928 Mrs. Christina G. Leitch,passed away at the home of her son,Walter Leitch,15 Aliquippa avenue,after an illness of several weeks duration. Mrs. Leitch was a native of Scotland and came here a year and a half ago to make her home with her son. She was a Christian lady,of kindly disposition and soon emdeared herself to a number of friends. She was a member of the M.E.Church and was a regular attendant at the church and Sunday school. For some time she had suffered of bright's disease and several weeks ago suffered a stroke,following which pneumonia developed and for several days it was known that her condition was critical. Surviving are her son,Walter,with whom she made her home,and one other son,Robert Leitch in Scotland. The husband and father died a number of years ago. Funeral services will be held from the home,Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of Rev. L.E. Elliott,pastor of the M.E.Church. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
