Born in McKeesport; April 7; 1963; he was a son of the late Charles R. and Suzanne (Smith) Deiley. Chetley worked construction through the Laborers Local 373. He was the beloved husband of Mary Sue (Wokaly) Deiley; brother of Timothy J. (Leigh) Deiley; of Banning; Dennis E. Deiley; of Rostraver Township; and Lisa Deiley and Tim Mowry; of Clairton; and uncle of Albany Deiley; Jacqueline Federer and Shawn Wheeler.
