In addition to her parents;she is survived by two brothers;Charles R.Jr.and Scott Thomas at home;two sisters;Cynthia Marie and Darlene Louise at home;maternal grandparents;Mr.and Mrs.John Faryna of Ellsworth;paternal grandmohter;Mrs.Elizabeth Axton of Fayette City R.D.1;and maternal great-grandmother;Mrs.Mary Hrutkay of Bentleyville. Friends will be received after 7 p.m.Tuesday at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;where services will be held Thursday;May 13;at 1:30 p.m.with the Rev.William D.Roley officiating.
