Charlotte V. Pardiny, 93, of Charleroi, died Saturday, June 16, 2001, in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born July 4, 1907, in Twilight, a daughter of the late Dominico and Assunta Ferrari. She was a member of Mary Mother of the Church Parish, Charleroi, and its Christian Mothers. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Charlene and Frank Lario of Speers Hill; two grandchildren, Tanya Kraft and her husband, Craig, and David Lario; two great-grandchildren, Jessica and Jason Kraft; two brothers, Albert Ferrari of Fayette City and Alfred Ferrari of Speers Hill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Pardiny on April 1, 1988: four brothers, Charles, Reno, William and Nello Ferrari; four sisters, Carobina Niccolai, Jean Pantaleo, Minnie Mazzie, and Lena Mazzie. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday,June 18,2001 in Mary Mother of the Church. Interment was in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
