Charlotte J. Ellis; 71; of Donora; died Friday; Aug. 2; 2002. A daughter of the late Leroy R. Bailey Sr. and Naomi G. Johnson; she was born Dec. 1; 1930; in Dunbar. She is survived by one son; Bertram Taylor of Hawaii; one daughter; Fern Taylor of Donora; one brother; Leroy Bailey Jr. and wife Dorothy of Fort Washington; Md.; two sisters; Leona M. Mitchell and Hilda M. Fields; both of Monessen; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents; Mrs. Ellis was preceded in death by her husband; Charles Ellis; and long-time companion Tom Adams. Friends will be received Tuesday; Aug. 6; from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the PERCY E. LAW JR. FUNERAL HOME; 1324 Meldon Ave.; Donora; where services will be held Wednesday; Aug. 7; at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mark S. Tookes officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
