Charles Webb;83;formerly of Fayette City and Monessen;died Tuesday;July 5;1955;at 7:15 p.m. He is survived by one brother;Samuel of Monessen. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Friday;July 8;1955;at 2 p.m.;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon cemetery. Edwin Melenyzer is the funeral director.
