Funeral services were held today;Wednesday;Sept.5;1984;for Charles Wasco of Sturgeon;Pa.;who died Saturday;Sept.1;1984;at Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh. He was 81. Mr.Wasco was born Nov.3;1902;the son of the late John and Helena Vojska. Surviving are his wife;Viola Smith Wasco;two daughters;Carol Wasco and Janet Barr;one son;John Wasco;three sisters;Pauline Rusnak;Barbara Wasco and Mary Maksin;one brother;Bernard Wasco and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held at St.Patrick’s Church in Noblestown 10:30 a.m. Interment followed at Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Thomas and Little Funeral Home;McDonald;was in charge of arrangements.
