Charles Metrosky of 50 Donner Ave.;Monessen;died unexpectedly at his home Monday night;June 24;1963;at 9:15 o’clock. He had been a resident of Monessen for twenty years and was retired from the rod mill of the Monessen Page Division;American Chain and Cable Co.;Inc. He was a member of St.Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church of Monessen. He is survived by one son;Michael of Lynnwood and a daughter;Mrs.Walter (Florence) Kurowsky of Monessen. Friends will be received at the Check Home for Funerals;Monessen;after 2 p.m.;Wednesday. Blessing service there on Friday;June 28;at 8:30 a.m.;will be followed by additional services at 9 a.m.;in St.Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church;Monessen. Rev. Andrew Parvensky will officiate.
