Charles M. Nalepa Jr.,65,of Lynnwood,Belle Vernon died Sunday,Jan. 6,1991,at 8:37 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born in Monessen Aug. 11,1925,a son of the late Charles M. and Mary Stanish Nalepa Sr. Mr. Nalepa was a member of Lynnwood Lutheran Church of Belle Vernon and Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659. He served in the U. S. Army during World War II. He retired as a press operator from Fisher Body,West Mifflin plant,after 21 years of service. Mr. Nalepa was preceded in death by a brother,Lawrence Nalepa,on March 27,1978. Survivors include his wife,Muriel C. Meyer Nalepa,and several aunts,uncles and cousins. Friends will be received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.,Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday until 11 a.m. when services will be held in the funeral home with Pastor Robert C. Hawk of Lynnwood Lutheran Church,Belle Vernon,officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howrd W. McCrory Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
