Obituary

Charles John Tomayko, 80, of
831 Belle St., Belle Vernon (Lynnwood), died Friday, Oct. 26,
1990, at 1:30 p.m. at his home.
He was born March 28,1910, in
Wickhaven, a son of the late
Joseph and Julia Bellani
Tomayko.
In addition to his parents, he
was preceded in death by three
brothers, Alex, Joseph and Andrew Tomayko, and a sister,
Helen Jaussen.
A resident of the Belle Vernon
area the past 50 years, Mr.
Tomayko was a member of St.
Sebastian Roman Catholic
Church, Belle Vernon, the Tri
County Federation of Musicians
and Tri County Horseshoe
Association of Uniontown.
He was a social member of the
Belle Vernon American Legion.
Survivors include his wife,
Margaret Tomayko Tomayko,
one son, Raymond Tomayko of
Bradenton, Fla., two daughters,
Marcella Tomayko of Charleroi
and Mrs. Stanley (Veronica)
Cyrnek of Belle Vernon, three
sisters, Julia Kayda of Ontario,
Calif., Mary Badzik of Donora
and Emma Lesnak of Charleroi,
one granddaughter, Natalie
Griffith, one grandson, Jeffrey
Cyrnek, and one great-grandson, Clinton Griffith.
Friends will be received Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral
Home, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon,where a Prayer service will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m.,followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m.at St.Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
