Charles G.Guder,78,a former resident of Belle Vernon and of Speers,died Monday,November 29,1971,at the Fields Convalescent Home,Zanesville,Ohio. Mr.Guder was born in Germany. He was married to the late Margaret Carnes Guder. He is survived by two sons,Paul of Bentleyville R.D.1 and Charles of Flushing,N.Y.;one sister,Mrs.Melvin Lehew of Belle Vernon;four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Friends will be received at the Kenneth V.Thompson Funeral Home,809 Main St.,Bentleyville,from 7 to 10 p.m.Tuesday and until the service at 2 p.m. Wednesday,Dec.1, at which time the Rev. Kenneth McCay of the Bentleyville United Methodist Church will preside. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Kenneth V.Thompson,funeral director.
