Charles (Babe) Package of Carmichaels; formerly of Fayette City;
died Friday; Aug. 17;1984; at 9 a.m. in
the Greene County Memorial Hospital;
Waynesburg. He was 75.
Mr. Package was born in Fayette City on Aug. 9; 1909; a son of the late
Charles and Sarah Sodivich Package.
He was Orthodox Catholic by faith
and was retired from the Allenport
plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel
Corp.
Survivors include his wife; Anna
Scornce Package of Brownsville; two
sons; Thomas of Millsboro and George
of Washington; a daughter; Mrs.
Theodore (Sylvia) Roddgers of the
Bahama Islands; four grandchildren;
Ann; Michael; James and Thomas
Package; two brothers; William of
Fayette City and Nicholas of Aspinwall.
Friends will be received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home; Fayette City; on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and all day Sunday. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 9 a.m.with the Rev.Father John Kluchko officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
