Charles A.Balieu;age 53 years of Fifth Street extension;hot mill foreman at Allenport works;Pittsburgh Steel Co.died suddenly of a heart attack;Wednesday January 22;1947;at 5:30 a.m. He is survived by his wife Freda and four daughters;Mrs.Eva Bailey;Mrs.Ida Fegela;Miss Rose and Freda Balieu;of Charleroi. Two brothers;Arthur and Emil Balieu;a sister;Mrs.John Ramalli of Cleveland and four grandchildren also survive. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Saturday;January 25;1947;at 2 p.m.in charge of Rev.Robert Laing. Interment will follow in the Charleroi Cemetery. Chas.L. and Edwin Melenyzer are the funeral directors.
