Catherine Viviani of Long Branch,Coal Center R.D.1,died Monday,Nov. 2,1981 at 7:30 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital following a brief illness. She was 71. Born Dec. 8,1909 in Windber,Pa.,Mrs. Viviani had lived in Monessen prior to moving to Long Branch 32 years ago. Mrs. Viviani was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas R.C. Church,California. Survivors include her husband,Ernest (Jiggs) Viviani Sr.;two daughters,Mrs. Orville (Ernestine) Bush and Ms.Kathy Viviani,both of Long Branch;two sons,Terry Viviani and Ernest Viviani Jr.,both of Long Branch;eight grandchildren;and one sister, Mrs. Minnie Trimiloni of Centeral City,Pa. Friends will be received in the Rhome Funeral Home,Inc.,1209 Grand Blvd.,Monessen,after 7 p.m. on Tuesday,and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.on Wednesday. A Rosary service will be held on Wednesday evening at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Thomas Aquinas R.C.Chruch,California,with the Rev. John Petrarulo,pastor,as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rhome Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
