A prayer service and funeral
service were held Saturday;June 27;1998; for
Catherine Kowasic Misher; 91;
of Fairhope; who died Thursday; June 25; 1933; in the Waddington Convalescent Home;
Fayette City; following a
lengthy illness.
Mrs. Misher was born Sept.
25; 1906; in Washington Township; the daughter of the late
George and Ella Stipkovich
Kowasic Sopic.
She was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church;
Fayette City.
She is survived by two
daughters and one son-in-law;
Helen and Joe Durciak of Fayette City and Betty Petros of
Belle Vernon; two sons and
daughters-in-law; Steve and
Iona Misher of Belle Vernon
and Joe and Kathryn Misher of
Belle Vernon; one brother;
George Kowasic of Fayette City;
11 grandchildren and 12 great-
grandchildren.
Besides her parents; she was
preceded in death by her husband; Steve Misher; in 1996.
Interment was in the Belle
Vernon Cemetery. The Eley/
McCrory Funeral Home Inc.
was in charge of arrangements.
