Catherine E. (Stangroom) Hayden;72;of Wilco Hill;Webster;died Friday;Nov.10;1995;in Jefferson Hospital. Born Dec.27;1922;in Webster;she was the daughter of the late Floranc and Minnie Mickey Stangroom. Mrs.Hayden was Methodist by faith. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by four brothers;George;Clarence;Oliver and Jonny Stangroom;and a sister;May Jane Stangroom. Surviving are her husband;Joseph Hayden;three sons and daughters-in-law;Harry and Phyllis Hayden of Webster;Dennis and Teresa Hayden of Turkey Hollow and Joey Hayden;at home (and his fiance;Donna Burkovitz);two daughters;Sophia Hayden Reynolds of West Newton and Susan Hayden;at home;three stepchildren;James and wife Susan Hayden of Masontown;Vernon and wife Beverly Hayden of Elizabeth and Dolly Evans of Oregon;11 grandchildren;17 step-grandchildren;30 step-great-grandchildren;three brothers;Harry Stangroom of Belle Vernon;Clyde Stangroom of Donora and Walter Stangroom of Wilco Hill;Webster;and two sisters;Beatrice Cekus of Monongahela and Mary Jane Simonson of Donora and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the James C.Stump Funeral Home Inc.;Sweeney Plan;Rostraver Township;where services will be held Tuesday at noon with the Rev.Dr.Thomas St.Clair officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the James C.Stump Funeral Home.
