Caroline Galatoulas of Dunlevy died suddenly on Friday;Oct.2;1981 at 3:30 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital. She was 66. Mrs.Galatoulas was born Oct.13;1914 in Chios;Greece;and had been a resident of Dunlevy for the past 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband;John Galatoulas;10 years ago;one brother and one sister;all during the time she was living in Greece. Mrs.Galatoulas was a member of St.Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church;Monessen. Survivors include one son;Angelo Galatoulas who is the owner of the White Barn Bar in Dunlevy;where he resides;one step-son;Danny Young of Dunlevy;and several nephews. Friends will be received in the Rhome Funeral Home Inc.;Monessen on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Trisagon Services will be held Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Services will be held Monday;Oct.5 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home;followed by additional services at 10:30 a.m. in St.Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church;Monessen;with the Rev.Maximos Moses;pastor;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Rhome Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
