Obituary

Caroline B. Kwapien Molle, 89, of Coal Center, died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, at 9 p.m. at Mt. Macrina Manor, Uniontown. Born Nov. 4, 1919, in Lynnwood, she was the daughter of the late John and Victoria Vernon Kwapien. A resident of Coal Center for the past 18 years, Mrs. Molle was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church, was the former owner of the End Zone Bar, North Belle Vernon, and was a volunteer at the Center in the Woods, California. She is survived by a daughter, Darlene Pearce of Winter Springs, Fla., two sons and a daughter-in-law, Lesli and Doris Brosick of Shephardsville, Ky., and James Brosick of Belle Vernon, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph P. Molle, a son, Louis Brosick, one sister, and three brothers. Private visitation and funeral services were held at the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183, with the Rev. Lawrence L. Manchas officiating. Interment took place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
