Carol Y. Byers; 68; of Belle Vernon (Rostraver Township); died Wednesday; Dec. 21; 2005; at home. Born in McKeesport on Aug. 25; 1937; she was the daughter of the late Catherine L. Specht Norton. She is survived by her husband; Kenneth Byers; of Rostraver Township; a daughter; Kristy Hefner; of Rostraver Township; a son; Glenn Bumbaugh; of McKeesport; three grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and a cousin; Kim Adams; of Rostraver Township.
