Carole A. Borsevich; 63; of Monessen; died unexpectedly on Thursday; Jan. 6; 2005; in Harrisburg Hospital. She was born in Arnold City on Feb. 2; 1941; the daughter of Joseph and Anne Moore Lackner; who survive and reside in Arnold City. She was a 1959 graduate of Bellmar High School; a member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Orthodox Church and its Sisterhood in Monessen; the California University Community Swim Club and the California Center in the Woods. In addition to her parents; she is survived by her husband of 44 years; S. James Borsevich; two sons; James Borsevich of Monessen and Brian Borsevich and wife Mieka of Colonia; N.J.; a daughter; Audrey Borsevich of Belle Vernon; three brothers and sisters-in-law; Bud and Nancy Lackner of Woodbridge; N.J.; Robert and Ernestine Lackner of Charleroi; and Bill and Irma Kosh of Belle Vernon; four grandchildren; Rachael and Matthew Beeman and Samantha and Christopher Droney; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandmother; Anne Moore. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC.; 441 Reed Ave.; Monessen (724-684-8750). Services will be held Monday; Jan. 10; beginning with a 9:30 a.m. Parastas in the funeral home; followed by a 10 a.m. funeral service in St. Nicholas U.O. Church with the Rev. Gregory Woolfenden officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A Parastas Service will be held Sunday at 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
