Carmine Shorty DeVoni;84;of 615 Rear Speer St.;Belle Vernon;died Sunday;Sept.19;1965;at 7:15 p.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. A resident of Belle Vernon for 60 years;he had made his home with the Peter Guiliano family for many years. He was a custodian for St.Sebastian R.C.Church for many years prior to his retirement. He was a member of St.Sebastian’s;the North Belle Vernon Fire Dept.;Westmoreland County Firemen’s Association and Sons of Italy Lodge. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;Tuesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Requiem High Mass will be said Thursday;Sept;23;1965;at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon;with the Rev.Martin J.
