Carla Ann Falbo Cope; 55; of Castle Shannon; formerly of Monessen; died Saturday; April 14; 2007; in St. Clair Hospital. She was born in North Charleroi on Nov. 7; 1951; the daughter of Angelo Falbo; who survives and resides in Rostraver Township; and the late Vivian Cornell Falbo. Carla grew up in Monessen and was a 1969 graduate of Monessen High School. She earned her degree in special education from California University of Pennsylvania; and retired from the Montgomery County School District in Maryland as a special education teacher. Carla was a member of St. Ann’s Church in Castle Shannon. In addition to her father; she is survived by her daughter; Leah Rachel Cope; of Monongahela; her son; Frank Cope Jr.; of Pittsburgh; a brother and sister-in-law; Frank and Gail Falbo; of Melbourne; Fla.; a nephew; Christopher Falbo; of Melbourne; and a great-niece; Colby Falbo. Family visitation was held Monday; April 16 in the DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC.; 441 Reed Ave.; Monessen (724-684-8750). Services were held Tuesday; April 17; in the funeral home with the Rev.
