Carl A.Laszewski of Jeffersonville R.D.1;Vt.;died Tuesday;April 3;1984;in Hunterdon County Medical Center;Flemington;N.J. Mr.Laszewski was 68. He was born Jan.3;1916;in Monessen;a son of the late Anthony and Katherine Laszewski. He had been a resident of Monessen most of his lie;moving to Vermont in 1972. He was retired from the No.2 Rod Mill at the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;and he was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II. Mr.Laszewski was a Catholic by faith. Survivors include his widow;Elane Hammer Laszewski;two sons;Brian Laszewski of South Park and Lee Laszewski of Mooretown;Vt.;and two grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.at the Robert Billcik Funeral Home Inc.;Grand Blvd.and Marion Ave.;Monessen. Prayer services will be held Saturday at the funeral home;with Father Joseph Tamilowski;pastor of St.Hyacinth Catholic Church of Monessen;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Robert Billick Funeral Home;Inc.;is in charge of arrangements.
