Carey L.Harris of 315 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;died Thursday;Feb.3;1983;at 9:15 a.m.in the Mon Valley Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was 55. Mr.Harris was born March 13;1927;in East Pike Run Twp.;Washington County;a son of the late Virginus and Isaphene Harris. He was Protestant by faith. A U.S.Army veteran of World War II;Mr.Harris had been employed as a sation engineer for Gimbels of Pittsburgh. Survivors include his

Friends will be received in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;on Friday and Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday until 2 p.m.;at which time services will be held with the Rev.Charles Colas;pastor of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
