Hospital after a lengthy
illness.
In ill health the past several
years; Mr. Zucconi was last
admitted to Charleroi Division
Hospital on December 5;1975.
A son of the late Arturo and
Corrine Monti Zucconi; he was
born in Belle Vernon on Dec.
29; 1900.
Mr. Zucconi owned and
operated Zucconi Appliance
Company at 509 Broad Ave.;
Belle Vernon; until retiring in
1960.
He belonged to St.
Sebastian’s Catholic Church
and the Italian Beneficial
Society; both of Belle Vernon.
Surviving are his widow;
Madeline Mitchell Zucconi;
one son; Dennis A. Zucconi of
Belle Vernon: three sisters;
Mrs. Olga Venneri and Mrs.
Frank (Fausca) Pierallini;
both of Belle Vernon; and Mrs.
Bruni Reilly of Fort
Lauderdale; Fla.; one
brother; Homer Zucconi of
Belle Vernon; and three
grandchildren; Dennis;
Marcia and Bruce Zucconi.
Friends will be received at
the Gerald R. Essey Funeral
Home; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle
Vernon; after 7p.m. Tuesday and
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Wednesday. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.in St.Sebastian Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. David R.Rhome is temporary supervisor in charge.
