Betty Raymond Mossburg,91,of Charleroi,died Friday, May 15,1998,in Monongahela Valley Hosptial, Carroll Township. Mrs. Mossburg was born June 10,1906, in Speers, the daughter of the late Anthony and Maria Jaswa Raymond. A member of the First United Methodist Church of Charleroi,she was also a member of Charleroi Goodwill Club, Charleroi,Senior Citizens Center,Charleroi Golden Age Club,Belle Vernon Chapter 196 of the Order of the Eastern Star,the Fayette City American Legion Auxiliary Unit 484 and Fayette City Women's Club. She is survived by a sister, Ann Raymond of Charleroi; one brother,Joe Raymond of Charleroi; one daughter-in-law, Carol Robison of Belle Vernon and three grandchildren, Aaron Gardner,Paul Gardner and Marc Mossburg. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.,226 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi,where a funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor James Hartzler of Calvary Bible Church in North Charleroi officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
