Betty Coleman of 115 Highland Terrace;Donora;died Wednesday;Aug.20;1980;at 3 a.m.in Allegheny General Hospital;Pittsburgh. Mrs.Coleman was 53. She was born April 14;1927;in Washington;Pa.;a daughter of Frank Davis and the late Alice Adams Davis. Mrs.Coleman was preceded in death by her husband;Arthur Coleman;in 1973. She was a member of St.Paul’s Baptist Church;Donora;and the Women’s Chorus of the Church. Surviving;in addition to her father who resides in Washington;Pa.;are four sons;Arthur;James;John and Michael Coleman;all of Donora;three daughters;Mrs.Jackie Miller and Samella Coleman;both of Donora;and Edith Coleman of Cumberland;Md.;two brothers;Emery and Wallace Davis;both of Washington;Pa.;and three sisters;Mrs.Julia Mae Robinson of Atlantic City;N.J.;Mrs.Josephine White of Library;Pa.;and Mrs.Margaret Ellis of Washington;Pa. Friends are being received at the Percy E.Law Jr.Funeral Home;1321 Meldon Ave.;Donora;from 7 to 9 p.m.Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Friday. Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.at St.Paul’s Baptist Church in Donora;with the Rev.J.O.Neal;pastor;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
