Mrs. Bertha Wagner,aged 32 years,wife of George Wagner,Canonsburg,R.D.2,died at the Canonsburg General hospital on Thursday night, October 13,1938 at 11 o'clock, after an illness of one week,of pneumonia. A native of Monessen,she had moved to the Canonsburg section last summer. In addition to her husband,she is survived by two children,George Wagner,Jr.,aged four years and Joan Eilene,aged three years. Her mother,Mrs. Godfrey Von Bergen, a brother, George Von Bergen of Monessen and two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Cope of Charleroi and Mrs. Robert Warbutton of Monessen also survive. The body has been brought to the home of Mrs. Warbutton,41 East Schoonmaker avenue,where services will be held Sunday,October 16 at 2 o'clock,in charge of Rev. A.J. Torrey. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
